Creative Milkshake is a creative agency based in Amsterdam, working with the world's coolest direct-to-consumer brands. We create ads that are designed to convert, that's our jam. We’re looking for a Video Editor and Multimedia Designer to join our production team. The ideal candidate is versatile as has experience in the marketing field.
About the Job
As part of our mighty creative team, you’ll create video ads for a wide variety of e-commerce brands.
The job’s a mix of original work and creating equally awesome adaptations from existing styles and assets.
You work as part of a fully integrated production operation, with media buyers, copywriters, developers and you, working together to craft awesome work.
The job is remote, so you must be able to self-manage and collaborate diligently online with your colleagues around the world.
You’ll join a young & fun international company that focuses on the performance of creatives.

Requirements
Create short-form videos from creative briefs or storyboards
Expertise in professional editing software and file delivery: i.e., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Proficiency in basic Motion editing and elevating edits through motion techniques, and accompanying work examples, i.e., Adobe After Effects
Ability to enhance edits with color correction and audio sweetening techniques
Relentless attention to detail, across every aspect of crafting and executing ideas
Must be fluent in English.
