How are you different from other content creation services?
We script, shoot, and edit UGC into high-converting ads. We source creators locally to deliver ads in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Dutch.

We are not just a graphic design or video editing service. Creative Milkshake is a full-service content studio run by creative strategists and media buyers. Order your content, ship your products, and we will deliver video ads designed to help you get more sales.
What is the turnaround time?
Once your product arrives in our studio, it takes around 4 weeks for our team to cast content creators, plan, shoot and edit your ads - depends on what content package you ordered.
Do you offer revisions?
We offer corrections, but not revisions. If any caption or frame needs to be corrected, we'll fix it right away. However, we will not recreate an ad after it has been delivered.

You will be involved every step of the way - you will approve the content creators, the creative strategy, and review ad outlines before we shoot and deliver your ads. If you want us to create new ad angles to test, you can always order more ads. 😉
Do you work with influencers?
Creative Milkshake is not an influencer agency. We don’t do gifting campaigns, affiliate partnerships or collaborations with influencers.

Our content creators are micro-influencers experienced in creating content for social media. However, they work as a model in our studio while shooting content for your brand. You own all the rights to the content they create. All the UGC you buy is delivered directly to you, it will not be shared on influencers' social channels.
Can I send you a script for the video ads?
Absolutely. If you have a very specific brief or a detailed script you would like us to use, we will bring your vision to life.

For Content Creators
Do I have to be an influencer to apply?

No, you do not have to be an influencer to join UGC as you are not required to have a number of followers nor to post the content on any of your profiles. Anyone who enjoys being on camera and has some experience creating engaging content is welcome to apply. We mostly care about your ability to create cool and engaging content with the products we’re offering you.

Why am I being asked to provide my contact info?

We ask for your contact information so we can reach out to you when we receive a task you might be interested in. After a campaign is submitted into our system, we ping all content creators who fit the requirements our brands are asking for. Content creators have 48 hours to respond to the campaign alert, otherwise their applications will not be accepted. When applying to UGC market, you have the option of choosing your preferred method of communication, or you could completely opt-out.

Can I apply to any task I want?

No, content creators can only apply to tasks they qualify for. This is why it’s really important to fill out your profile properly to ensure we match you with campaigns and product you will actually enjoy. Once we receive a campaign request that we think you’d be interested in, we notify you by email or text, where you can directly apply to it or pass.

Am I automatically approved to the market after I apply?

No, one of our team members will be calling you to verify your application details first. We then review your application and select the top content creators fit for that specific campaign. Do not take it personally, it’s really based on exact requirements such as this example: female, interested in nutrition, between the ages of 30 to 35, mother.

What’s a task and how do I apply?

On UGC market, brands have profiles where they can create their own tasks (aka campaigns).Brands detail their campaign requirements and specify the type of content creators they are looking for. UGC market will notify you when a new campaign is created that we think you are a good match for.

If you like the task, simply hit 'APPLY' at the bottom of the campaign brief. If approved for the task, content creators will receive an email with more details.

After I create my content, where do I submit it?

After you’ve created the content, please go to your profile on www.ugcmarket.com, then click on "tasks”, then “Submit Content”.

If I have a question regarding the task, who do I get in touch with?

If the task requires featuring the product, how do I receive it?

After you’ve been approved to the task, you will receive exact details regarding the shipment of the products.

Do I have to post the content on my own social media channels?

There are different kinds of campaigns to apply for. If you have a big following and you’d like to receive commissions on sales, make sure you select our influencer option when submitting your profile!

What’s a content package and how do I know which one I need?

As a brand you can select whichever content package works best for you. We categorize content into photos, videos, and written testimonials. After you create your brand profile, an account manager will reach out by phone to discuss our services and ensure we make you the best package suited to your needs.

How much does it cost to create a content package?

It depends on the services you’re asking for. You can fill out the form and select your preferences to receive a rough estimate here. The price will naturally vary whether you want one video, or 5 lifestyle shots, or a full campaign.

Can I pick the content creators I want?

Unfortunately you can’t. We believe there is an abundance of platforms that are self-managed and where you can select from thousands of profiles in there. At UGC market, we distingush ourselves by providing you with customer service if you do not wish to submit campaigns youself. We ensure the entire process is handled by one of our team members so you have one less thing to worry about, and you can focus on other aspects of your business. Our clients understand that as creatives and marketers, we have the expertise to identify content creators that fit your target audience, and can instruct to make you great videos or shots.

How do I ship out the products to content creators?

Your designated account manager will discuss this with you; however, our preferred method would be for brands to make us a special promo code that gives us 100% off, and we will order it on behalf of our content creators for privacy purposes. This gives us the ability to control the operation from shipment to coordinating with the content creators reasonable deadlines to submit their work.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can always go to your profile, my account, billing and payments, then cancel subscription. You can also email or call your designated account manager at any time.
