Creative Milkshake is a fast-growing creative strategy and content studio based in Amsterdam. We are TikTok and Meta creative partners, ideating and producing content for the world's coolest e-commerce brands.
We are looking for a talented producer to join the team and help execute content creation for paid social advertising campaigns.
About the role
First and foremost, you can produce brilliant social content for a wide range of brands and product categories. You’re brimming with ideas, and the drive and talent to bring them to life. You’ve got an eye for thumb-stopping content and a bit of brand experience, and you’re ready to get immersed in our world. You‘re an avid social media user, and have a finger on the pulse on all social media trends.
You’ll be a part of a small and mighty team, so we’re looking for a combo of great communication and teamwork, and a proactive, independent approach to delivering work.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and shoot high-quality and engaging content for paid social ads
- Study briefs and storyboards and manage all aspects of a shoot from scheduling, to shot lists, props and budgets
- Feel confident in directing talent to bring our storyboards to life in the most engaging and authentic way
- Collaborate with creative strategists and video editors
- Communicate with Account Manager to resolve any problems and concerns that may arise
- Have a great eye for curating content to decide what makes the final cut
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Stay ahead of the latest Instagram and Tiktok trends and platform updates
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a studio or agency environment
- Knowledge of how to make great content for social media, including a variety of channels and formats
- Creative and strategic conceptual ability a major plus
- Ability to contribute to the full creative process from developing ideas to producing content Proven on-set experience leading on productions
- A basic understanding of paid advertising best-practices and key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc)
- Organised and with a great attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
